Welcome to RME-U,
When it comes to on the job learning and training accompanied by accredited school learning through the four-year apprenticeship there is often times when there are large gaps between skill development and knowledge development. In general, the electrical trade is one of the most important aspects in every construction project and for some industries, we are the trade that keeps these business in business. Some projects have short durations, and some have long schedules and long durations in the underground phase, rough in phase and trim phase.
At RME, we cover every aspect of the electrical industry and have realized the benefit of investing into your future by providing extra practical training, educational learning and resources by investing time and effort into the new generation of apprentice electricians to better the knowledge, experience, job readiness and safety awareness when working in different environments in different applications in your team environment.
Depending on the project and phase of work you’re in, some apprentices do not get to see certain phases of work. At RMEU the goal is to give exposure to every aspect of work we do, what materials we choose to use and why depending on our application and the tools it takes to perform this task under the supervision of one of our many seasoned field Foreman and Journeyman. When the time arises, with this additional education you will be ready to rise to the challenge and will be able to work efficiently and effectively for your team. Fast forward a few years, this could be the differences between Journeyman level, lead guy level and foreman level. The sky is the limit at RME.
